Celebrating Excellence in the Car Finance Industry: Highlights from the Car Finance Awards 2023

The prestigious Car Finance Awards, sponsored by ALPHERA Financial Services, Auto Trader, and Warrantywise, took place at The Monastery in Manchester on 15 May. The gala dinner brought together industry professionals to celebrate excellence, share best practices, and support one another.

The highlight of the evening was the after-dinner comedy routine by Keith Farnan, who also presented awards to the deserving winners. Evolution Funding and Tandem Bank emerged as the big winners of the night, each taking home three awards.

The awards ceremony recognized standout performers across 19 categories, with notable wins for companies like DSG Group, BMW Group Financial Services, and Voyc & Advantage Finance. The Rising Star Award was presented to Lana Poleon at JBR Capital for her exceptional contributions, while the Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award went to Catherine Faiers of Auto Trader.

In addition to celebrating achievements, the event also raised £1617 for Credit Strategy’s chosen charity, Shooting Stars Children’s Hospices. Attendees also had the chance to win a ticket and accommodation for Credit Week, a flagship conference held at the prestigious Celtic Manor in Newport.
