Potters Resorts Named Best Holiday Park in the UK by Which? Survey

Are you looking for the perfect holiday park for your next getaway? Look no further than Potters Resorts, named the best holiday park in the UK according to a recent Which? survey. With a customer score of 87%, Potters Resorts beat out well-known competitors to claim the top spot.

What sets Potters Resorts apart from the rest? Visitors awarded the resort five stars for the variety of free facilities, quality of facilities, and entertainment and communication. Additionally, Potters received four stars for overall customer service, food and drink, value for money, and quality of accommodation. It’s no wonder guests are raving about their experiences at this all-inclusive destination.

On the other end of the spectrum, Pontins and Butlin’s found themselves in the bottom five of the rankings. Pontins, founded in 1946, received a customer score of 56% and scored low in key categories such as customer service, quality of accommodation, and cleanliness. Butlin’s, a longstanding rival, also scored lower than expected with a customer score of 67%.

Despite their lower rankings, both Pontins and Butlin’s are committed to improving the guest experience. Pontins scored highest in communication and the quality of entertainment, while Butlin’s excelled in children’s activities and entertainment. Both resorts are investing in areas for improvement to ensure a better holiday experience for their guests.

Center Parcs, the most visited holiday park, received a customer score of 69%. While slightly higher than Pontins and Butlin’s, Center Parcs is known for its high guest satisfaction scores and ongoing investments to meet guest expectations.

No matter which holiday park you choose, it’s important to consider factors such as cleanliness, value for money, and quality of facilities. With an average spend of £76 per person per night, it’s clear that guests are willing to invest in a high-quality holiday experience.

Whether you’re looking for a family-friendly resort with plenty of activities or a relaxing getaway with top-notch amenities, there’s a holiday park out there for everyone. Consider the rankings from the Which? survey and choose the best option for your next vacation. Happy travels!
